Yes! It was sooo magical! I meditated on my own for the first time yesterday! Literally changed my life! Going with the FLOOOW! Aka letting my angels guide me & being proactive at the same time!

It was a liberating experience! I was able to get to the root of some behaviors that were not serving me. I didn’t know why they were there and why they kept coming in until I was able to do the retreat. During that retreat I got the clarity I needed to be able to let go of some of what I was dealing with in terms of letting go of control.

What I love about working with Sarah is how she leans into the spirit guides and shares what they are sharing vs. how she may be receiving it. She’s incredibly intuitive. I was able to get to the root of some behaviors that were not serving me. I didn’t know why they were there and why they kept coming in until I was able to do the retreat with Sarah. During that retreat I got the clarity I needed to be able to let go of some of what I was dealing with in terms of letting go of control. During our Reki sessions my energy clears and Sarah is able to help me quiet my mind to gain the introspective I need to either move forward with a decision or to be okay in my present situations.

​​I will be honest, I wasn’t 100% sure that my virtual appointment would be like the in person session I did first. Nope, not an issue at all. I feel like she was able to tap into me more since I was in the comfort of my home. If you have a chance to do it in person. Do It. If you are like me who lives 7 states away it is harder. I’m blessed that Sarah crossed my path. Can’t wait to do more sessions with both Reiki and Akashic Records. I have had this calming aura around me since we did my Akashic Records. Knowing the knowledge she shared, confirmed it all.

I felt recentered and focused on myself, something that I needed to do just before a retreat that day. There was a level of comfort with that focus as well. I could compare this experience to using a weighted blanket. When laying down, I felt a comforting pressure upon my body and as Sarah moved around my body, I felt a warmth and then a lifting of that pressure. I felt my breathing slow and my mind begin to open up and not feel chaotic. I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone who feels a bit off centered, let alone anyone feeling very off.

The Qest4 scans revealed exactly what was draining me — emotionally and physically. I feel more balanced, focused, and in tune with my body than ever before.
